Have you presented at a conference, and the person who is speaking just before you was amazing? It happened to me earlier this week at the Safety In Action conference in Melbourne. I had the pleasure of learning from Marcus Wicher as he lead an interactive and informative session on positive psychology, resilience and wellbeing. Although Marcus spoke from the viewpoint of a school principal, all of the information could be easily transferred into any workplace.

Thank you Marcus, I hope it’s okay if I use your fun audience warm-up in the future!
