Sarah is a member of the Positive Education Schools Association and is a passionate advocate for teaching through a lens of promoting good mental health and resilience for both staff and students.

During her career, she has had many leadership roles in both curriculum management and student leadership, including as VCE co-ordinator, where her work in wellbeing and positive psychology has made a difference for many students. Some of this work was highlighted in the recent ABC (Australian Broadcasting Commission) documentary ‘Revolution School’, which showcased Sarah’s work both in the classroom and in school leadership. It was during this time that Sarah first worked with the Visible Wellbeing practice, and she has been heavily involved in the leading the roll-out of the Visible Wellbeing school-wide. In her own teaching, Sarah has used Visible Wellbeing in a range of scenarios, including with high achieving students and students in re-engagement programs.

Sarah is currently completing Meditation Teacher Training and she has a keen focus on the use of mindfulness and meditation in schools to aid richer learning and stronger wellbeing for students.
