Valuing identity and promoting connectedness and healthy habits of mind have been significant factors in our school culture for a long time. However, since Sharon Garro has worked closely with staff, students and parents, we have become more intentional in embedding and making wellbeing visible across the school. Sharon’s unquenchable positivity, her warm and genuine honour of others lends authenticity to her strengths based approach to wellbeing. Sharon has helped to bring clarity and give voice to what we know is essential in our school for enabling our students to flourish and influence their world with integrity.
